USWDS-Site - Feature: Improve component synonym searching functionality #2724

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
During top tasks usability testing 🔒, users had difficulty finding components (e.g. step indicator, in-page navigation) because they called them names different from what USWDS calls them. For instance, people referred to 'anchor links' or 'jump links' instead of in-page navigation. When they tried searching for their keywords on the component search, it did not return results based on their keywords.
Describe the solution you'd like
Implement better synonym searching in the component search so more related keywords will return results that users are looking for.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We could also consider re-naming some components to names that are more in line to users' expectations. For instance, change the name of "step indicator" to "progress indicator."
