Problem
No E2E tests for importing annotations to video files
Solution
Modifies E2E helper functions to handle video files, then:
Adds 2 E2E annotation import tests to
e2e_tests/cli/test_import.pytest_import_basic_annotations_to_videos- Test importing a set of basic video annotations (no sub-types or properties) to a set of pre-registered files in a datasettest_import_annotations_with_subtypes_to_videos- Test importing a set of video annotations including subtypes & properties to a set of pre-registered files in a datasetChangelog
