normaliseEmail yandex conversion

Describe the bug
Currently, all yandex domains like ua, com etc. are being converted to yandex.ru.
This behaviour should be optional with the default setting being true for the conversion.

Motivation

In micro-service communication, the services using this sanitizer shares the converted email, but other services expect the original, non converted email. This breaks the communication flow.
