Created a Pull request: #3859

We will keep the glide_client definition of Echo().
Also, we will add another definition of Echo() in glide_cluster_client.go.

Both these definitions will call the baseClient echo() to call the common code.
The idea behind 2 separate definitions is for the cluster and standalone Echo() to have different documentations.
