[BUG] homepage tiles don't gracefully restack at some widths

Describe the bug

On the hope age the "Install", "Usage guide", "Valkey API", and "Clients" tiles stack awkwardly between 768px and 1090px and wide

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Reduce window width to the above mention window or screen widths.

Expected behavior
The tiles have expected spacing and or restack to a more natural looking 2x2 layout.
