Fixes: GRAPHQL-1007 We have allowed to paas @cascade arguments through variables in dgraph. For that we needed input validations check which is added in this library.

Make the walker reusable outside of validation. This new layout makes it possible for rules to have their own state per document which is needed to implement
UniqueInputFieldNames.
