We can use the experimental shards instead: #83101. I'm not sure we have the budget for more windows machines.

The typedRoutes environment variable override unconditionally overwrites user configuration, which differs from the established pattern used by other experimental features.

Analysis
The new __NEXT_TYPED_ROUTES environment variable override unconditionally sets result.typedRoutes = true without checking if the user has explicitly configured this option. This differs significantly from the established pattern used by other experimental features like __NEXT_EXPERIMENTAL_PPR and __NEXT_EXPERIMENTAL_CACHE_COMPONENTS.
Other experimental features (lines 1710-1715, 1729-1734) follow this pattern:
if (
process.env.__NEXT_EXPERIMENTAL_PPR === 'true' &&
// We do respect an explicit value in the user config.
(config.experimental.ppr === undefined ||
(isDefaultConfig && !config.experimental.ppr))
) {
config.experimental.ppr = true
}The current implementation ignores user configuration and will override typedRoutes even when a user has explicitly set it to false in their config. This could lead to unexpected behavior where CI tests run with typedRoutes enabled while the user's actual configuration has it disabled, potentially masking configuration-related issues or creating false test results.
The fix would be to follow the established pattern and only override when the user hasn't explicitly configured the option, similar to how other experimental features handle environment variable overrides.

Enable Typed Routes in CI Testing
This PR enables typed routes testing across all CI test environments by:
