A pacman hook to compliment this project

Hi, the arch.victorb.earth mirror seems.. stale. Whats up with that?

Anyway, I thought that pacman on IPFS is a wonderful idea and I
wrote a couple of scripts for package consumers to upload packages
from pacman's cache to IPFS.

The point of this is to allow users to fill in themselves packages
they failed to download from IPFS, and seed it for others.

Some day, when pacman on IPFS will be mainstream, this
package will probably be obsolete..

I would love to hear you opinion about that!

That sounds great! But I think this project is dead for a while. Do you mind converting it for the collab cluster mirror? :)
