Test and fixtures being bundled

Hey folks, we're using this package and it seems like during the asset compile step, we're pulling in tests and fixture files. I'm guessing this is due to the explicit listing in https://github.com/videojs/vhs-utils/blob/main/package.json#L70. Is there any reason we can't remove that?
