Make `reload()` clear the `once` cache

Description

For authentication flow, the pageContext.user must be reloaded.

Also: let's update the /auth docs to mention using reload() upon login/logout.

Hi @naaa760, that would be lovely! But I think this one isn't the most contribution friendly issue. It requires deep knowledge about Vike, see for example #2566.
