Tsconfig lib version in react, solid and is 2020 #19621

Description
Currently in the create-vite template for react, solid and vanilla the lib and target is set to 2020 which is 5 years ago. To use featues like Array.prototype.at lib must be set to atleast 2022.
Svelte for example is set to 2023. Could react and solid be set to 2023 aswell?
