docs(comparisons): add playwright comparisons doc

closes #2196

Description

Added comparison docs for Playwright. Please let me know if I have been unfair to any of the frameworks or if I have not matched the tone correctly. I am sure there are more nuances to Vitest browser testing I have missed.
