Sync kubemark patches into volcano

There are two patches in kube-batch which are introducing kubemark into kube-batch, we need sync them into volcano as well.

1. Fix kubemark issue & Add document for kubemark test kubernetes-retired/kube-batch#817
2. Add kubemark support kubernetes-retired/kube-batch#810

Have to mention that the testcase should be upgraded since we don't the original kubernete Job resource in test.

@k82cn do we still need this now as we already forked the kube-batch into volcano org?

oh, it's not necessary; but we need to run it in each release against kube-batch:volcano-master branch.
