Let's make it possible to run this JAR as a command line tool, similar to CSmith

We can use [Picocli](library https://github.com/remkop/picocli) (or any other library) or write CLI handlers ourselves. What is important is that we need to add integration tests to the src/it folder to check how the CLI works.
