It's similar to #7860 but applies to the
3.4branch every week.The version would be like
3.20230921.0-minor.0(or3.20230921.0-minor.1if another manual release happens on the same day), and would be under theminordist-tag.P.S. The first commit is not essential for this PR, but it fixes an issue that I accidentally introduced in the previous one: the command-line argument should accept both camelCase and kebab-case flags.
