`vue/no-literals-in-template`: not relevant for Vue 3?

I was considering adopting this newly added rule; however, the documentation currently references only a single 10 years ago issue as its justification.

I attempted to verify whether the problem described there is still relevant.

I re-created the reproduction that was provided by that issue's author initially with Vue 3, but I wasn't unable to reproduce. I then copied the same setup and adjusted a few things for Vue 2, and in this case the issue was still reproducible.

I am wondering if this problem is no longer relevant for Vue 3 and this rule should be considered Vue 2 only?

Hey, thank you for the reply & for the example!

Not finding any official information regarding this problem, as well as pretty sparse activity on the original issue, made me think this might be irrelevant now. But your repro shows the issue is still present, possibly with a narrower scope. In fact, if I dynamically bind number in my Vue 3 example, it increases up to 100, confirming the issue still exists.

I wonder if it's worth adding a more detailed justification in the rule docs? I initially enabled this rule in a medium-size project (~50 .vue files with ~200 LOC each on average) and ended up with around 60 reports from this rule 🥲 I feel like many people would not bother with a refactoring of this scale if the payoff is questionable.

I think it would be helpful. However, I’m not very good at writing documentation (because my English is really poor), and I’m also not sure how the maintainers feel about this.
