For the record, the idea is that maintainers will assign additional reviewers to individual PRs, to ensure all PRs from the team and the community are reviewed in a reasonable time, rather than left in the limbo. Everyone is still encouraged to look at all incoming PRs and suggest improvements or voice concerns about design and implementation details. |
