pubrules checker hangs for me at 35/37

Call 15/05/2023:

  • @ashimura Sometimes these problems are caused by a not-valid HTML document. We should first verify that. There should be an option to apply to respec version to the document the Pubchecker.
  • I noticed there is also a REST interface and the UI actually says:

Graphical UIs not your thing? Check out the REST interface against the endpoint of this instance (/pubrules/api/).

  • Our README does not contain any information about the publication process, we should link it so that we have a handy place to refer.
