PulseForms (now Wbizmo Form Builder) is a modern WordPress form builder plugin focused on clean form creation, secure submissions, frontend styling, email notifications, file uploads, observability, and full ownership of collected data.
During the WordPress.org review process, the plugin was renamed to Wbizmo Form Builder to comply with the WordPress Plugin Directory naming requirements while preserving the original GitHub repository and project history.
Project Update
The GitHub repository intentionally retains its original PulseForms name for project continuity and historical context.
The plugin is now officially published on the WordPress Plugin Directory as Wbizmo Form Builder.
