I am writing to inquire about the possibility of adding a command-line report export function to PDV.In my daily work, I frequently need to export reports containing b/y ion information for downstream analysis, since MS‑GF+ search results do not provide detailed ion-mapping information at the PSM level.
Currently, report export relies on manual operation through the graphical interface, which is inefficient when handling a large number of result files.
A command-line export option would greatly improve the usability and flexibility of PDV, especially for users who require automated and script-based analysis workflows.
