In the gene expression tab, I noticed some of the color schemes are inconsistent. Not sure if you were trying to keep the color schemes the same for different tissues, but for example “arterial blood vessel” is blue in polyA RNA-seq but purple in total RNA-seq (there may be other examples but this is the first one I noticed)
