popovertarget and popovertargetaction should move to "16 Obsolete features" #11052
Description
If the popovertarget attribute and the popovertargetaction attribute of the button element and the input element are currently not used much by HTML authors, shouldn't they move to "16 Obsolete features"?
Because functionality of the popovertarget attribute and the popovertargetaction attribute overlaps with the command attribute and the commandfor attribute of the button element.
