Hi,

Great update with the latest browser-tab-theme, it looks and feels really nice. I have some feedback :)

1. Layout Mode -> MDI overlaps the minimize/maximize/close controls of the main Window and also prevents ability to move the main Window. Steps to recreate:

• Create New Tab 1
• Right click Tab 1 header and select Layout Mode -> MDI
• Maximize Tab 1 so it fills the window

Should MDI mode restore the main window TitleBar to avoid this?

2. It would be nice if 'New Horizontal Document Dock' and 'New Vertical Document Dock' could be done by drag and drop into existing tabs (similar to MDI mode) rather than creating the splits first and adding tabs to the empty split. Perhaps this is planned?
