Update readmes

This pull request includes updates to the README.md file and the addition of badges to the package's documentation. The most important changes are the addition of badges for NPM version, Biome formatting, and Astro build, as well as the inclusion of new sections for the changelog, contribution guidelines, and licensing information.

Updates to README.md:

• Added badges for NPM version, Biome formatting, and Astro build to the packages/markdown-remark/README.md file.
• Included new sections for the changelog, contribution guidelines, and licensing information in the packages/markdown-remark/README.md file.

Other changes:

• Removed redundant content in the root README.md file and replaced it with a direct link to the packages/markdown-remark/README.md file. [1] [2]
• Added a changeset file to document the patch update for @studiocms/markdown-remark.
