Add POS Maestro smoke flows

Description

Adds POS smoke-flow support and coverage mapping.

This layer exposes stable POS Compose test tags as resource IDs, adds selectors for the POS search input and coupon add-to-cart action, and adds POS search/coupon and cash-payment Maestro flows. It also adds the smoke coverage snapshot now that all flow files exist in the stack.

Test Steps

1. Build/install a Wasabi debug APK on a tablet-capable emulator with POS available.
2. Run .maestro/scripts/run-smoke-tests.sh --device <serial> --no-seed --no-record --no-open --include-tags pos_tablet --exclude-tags __none__.
3. Open the generated report and inspect the POS screenshots/logs.
