This pull request makes the necessary changes to upgrade embla-carousel to v9, following the associated migration guide. The tests are passing on my end and, pulling this into a site using embla-carousel v9.0.0-rc01, I was able to use scroll gestures as expected!
The
yarn.lockmay need adjustments. I'm not familiar with the format but committed the changes yarn made when I changed the embla dependencies.
