Added unloading of iosm in lte.sh / setup section to prevent issues with loaded kernel module.

this was merged in #199 using Makefile instead of lte.sh - can you validate this resolves your issue and close this out? |
Unfortunately, I've switched devices and therefore cannot validate. |
