Japanese IME issues

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a new terminal
2. Enter Japanse.

It works on iTerm2, so it would be a bug on IDE's terminal. I also paste a move about it.

Workaround for VS Code users:

• Set editor.accessibilitySupport to off in settings.
