👑 Support for resource pool and resource pool classifiers in the embedded UI #1545

- pick an icon for resource pool and resource pool classifer – YCDESIGN-8700
- resource pool – add proper icon when object is listed in schema tree #1853
- add details view: set of tabs, properties on every tab. Right panel and bottom left panel
- add create / alter templates in New SQL menu
- add drop / alter templates to context menu under three dots
- ability to specify resource pool explicitly
It will be usefull to have all the properties on the info tab:
In case of a -1 value, we need to have a proper description that it means that this parameter is disabled.
