fix: remove operations counter

We need to remove the counter from the interface.

The API doesn't actually return a count field showing total operations, but our interface is expecting/displaying one. After team discussion, we've decided it's better to remove the counter from the UI entirely rather than trying to implement a problematic counting mechanism.

This will simplify the interface and eliminate unnecessary complexity.
