update mocha, glob; update tests to match sample from @vscode/test

• updates glob to ^11.0.3, remove @types/glob as they are now part of the glob package
• updates mocha to ^10.8.2

  • part of fix https://github.com/yoavbls/pretty-ts-errors/security/dependabot/16
• update the extension tests to the sample of @vscode/test, the sample also uses the update mocha and glob versions.

when actually implementing tests we should look into using @vscode/test-cli

Might conflict with #148, with the package-lock.json.
