As I don't see a big chance to this get merged in the near future (no offense, life's ever changing :) ) and there is now a new Firebase Crashlytics SDK, I've decided to fork @Wrywulf's fork and create a 2.0.0 with support for the new SDK. |

This project hasn't been updated in a while, so I'd figure I would pitch in and bring it up-to-date in terms of dependencies. Specifically:
Gradle -> 5.1.1
