The only change was to routes where the folder is not "submods" to "Submods". This mainly affects Linux/MacOS; in Windows it is the same.

A downgrade was added in case you are coming from the betas and don't like it. So the chibi settings are reset, as they are currently very different.
There are now two versions of Extra+ for this version to fix the problem that when you go on a date with Monika, it throws up an error saying that desserts, food, etc. don't appear. That's why I marked it for versions so that people who are on 0.12.18 can use it if they're not interested in the beta that's being developed. In 0.12.16, the way ACS (accessories) are defined has changed. Previously, they were directly in a single image, but now they are in a folder, and the image must be inside that folder. That is why this submod broke, because it makes use of them.
Btw, if you are a new player and are unsure how to install this submod, there is a tutorial on how to do so, although you really only need to copy the ‘game’ folder from the submod to your MAS. This submod uses ACS, which are the accessories you put on your Monika, so it comes with a 'mod_assets' folder and a 'submods' folder.
