在feign中用@RequestPart进行文件传输，遇到对问题是：cromwell那边报错说没有文件或文件url传过去。现在的解决方案：添加了multipartFormEncoder，并改用@PathVariable才成功调通API，但这个注解用在这里分明不合适却能正常运行，感觉很奇怪。 #2
