Compile to JS for release

When TS 5.7 RC candidate lands, we should switch to it and reconfigure our project to transpile the TS source to JS in /build.

since Piconbello will need a subpath import with some of our primitives, for developing zkpassport circuits, I'm going to do this soon with the TS beta
