"Show Sidebar" toggle option should reflect changes made with keyboard shortcut

In the Settings page under "General", there is a toggle option for displaying the left sidebar. If the keyboard shortcut is used to toggle the sidebar, the toggle switch in the Settings page should reflect these changes. Below is a demonstration of the sidebar being toggled with the shortcut and via the toggle switch.
