This is my first contribution.
However, the feature sounded interesting to me, and I started working on it.
I created a branch in my fork and then added the icons from the UI design, and then added the sheet that shows the option to schedule a message.
I was wondering how the flow will go from writing the message to selecting the time for it's not clear in the design yet.
