Two manual fixes were required: * Resolved rebase/merge conflicts in de and fr, against string renames that happened recently in zulip#2084. * Fixed invalid plural syntax (the keywords got translated too) in `it` in seeWhoReactedSheetEmojiNameWithVoteCount.
