Outbox messages never have "brief" styling

Outbox messages always show the full user avatar, even when you were the one who sent the last message to the narrow that you're viewing.

Instead, outbox messages should use the same algorithm for choosing whether to display the avatar as normal messages.

Has this bug been resolved?

Thanks @WesleyAC!, I'm not able to understand the issue.
I've checked about Outbox and I found something in code, but I'm not able to understand Outbox Message.
Could you please explain it more?
