wrap splits

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

the PreviousSplit / NextSplit commands should wrap around, e,g. NextSplit on the bottom right split should move to the top left split (similarly to switching windows in xmonad).

It is an intended behavior. NextSplit and PreviousSplit used to wrap around, until #3403 which changed them so that they don't, and added new actions FirstSplit and LastSplit. This gives more flexibility: the user can choose whether to wrap or not to wrap. If you want to wrap, you can use NextSplit|FirstSplit and PreviousSplit|LastSplit instead of NextSplit and PreviousSplit. Ctrl-w is bound to NextSplit|FirstSplit by default, so it wraps by default.
