[BUG] Unable to Change Annoyances Filters on iOS & iPadOS

Describe the bug
Unable to change Annoyances filters other than AdGuard Annoyances (see video)

To Reproduce

1. Toggle on AdGuard Social Media Filter
2. Tap Apply and Reload

Expected behavior
AdGuard Social Media Filter is turned on and loaded

Issue does not appear on macOS.

Thanks for catching this! I'm getting the issue as well in my internal alpha release. I'll look into it and make sure it's fixed for the next public release.
