feature: Integrate upstream crd verification

What would you like to be added:

• As feature more developed, we will gradually integrate other upstream components to improve llmaz feature. Maybe we should verify the crd? For example, we currently strongly rely on leaderworkerSet. Inspired by:
  [Misc] feature(rayclusterreplicaset): check rayclusters crd is installed before controller start vllm-project/aibrix#922

Maybe the dependencies could be checkout as config?
like: kueue(not sure)? This may require more design 🤔

I'm not quite inclined to mix the crd verification with the code base, prefer to verify this on installation. Let's keep an eye out.
