chore: nuke all non-sazed examples

This commit drops all examples except the autogenerated sazed ones, and modifies our learn docs to remove code references.

Rationale:

• We've already agreed that we want to switch to fully templated/autogenerated examples
• The handwritten examples are almost entirely redundant with the sazed examples
• They are annoying to maintain as we iterate on the interfaces.
• The new typechecking/ system is a better way to make fine-grained assertions about the type system, rather than using examples (with tons of boilerplate) to test typing edge cases.

The one thing I regret losing is some type assertions about tool call patterns (e.g. mixed sync/async tools and the tool_def.defines(tool) pattern) so I add them back in to typechecking/ in the subsequent PRs.
