pytorch_geometric datasets broken #20

It seems the site https://graphmining.ai/ is no longer available. but is what is used to download the facebook data, among others - https://pytorch-geometric.readthedocs.io/en/latest/_modules/torch_geometric/datasets/facebook.html
There is a pull request open to fix this - pyg-team/pytorch_geometric#10415 - but I haven't verified it completely. It does work with some adaptation to fit the older version of pytorch used for the book.
