Updates to expected results needed after updating to latest bikeshed version

Describe the issue

Updating to the latest bikeshed version breaks the build, even if there are no changes.

Need to examine the differences between the actual and expected results and figure out which ones we can ignore and which ones are actual errors.

This is different from #2185, but closely related.

At least one is a bikeshed bug: speced/bikeshed#1646 The others could be bugs in our spec. I haven't looked through all the differences yet.
