Remove obsolete options APIs

Follow-up to #173

Remove the following obsolete APIs

SessionOptions
  .CookieName 
  .CookiePath
  .CookieDomain
  .CookieHttpOnly
  .CookieSecure 

.SameSideMode already removed.

[Tratcher]

SameSiteMode was new in this release and can just be removed, no need to obsolete it.
