Error in docs

has an issue in the doc.

• DBInstanceIdentifier — (String)
  The identifier for the DB snapshot to restore from.
• DBSnapshotIdentifier — (String)
  Name of the DB instance to create from the DB snapshot. This parameter isn't case sensitive.

Definitions of the above should be reversed.
