  • Clarify in DFT Reset Control section that scan mode is destructive and Caliptra SS output signals (SOC_DFT_EN, SOC_HW_DEBUG_EN) are not guaranteed stable during scan
  • Add integrator guidance to latch DFT control signals before scan mode entry
  • Add note about MCI reset mux potential glitch during scan_mode transitions
  • Update SOC_DFT_EN and SOC_HW_DEBUG_EN signal descriptions in MCI LCC Gasket Interface table with stability warning

Resolves #1094

Clarify in the MCI Integration Requirements that
Caliptra Subsystem output signals (SOC_DFT_EN,
SOC_HW_DEBUG_EN) are not guaranteed stable during
scan mode. Add integrator guidance for DFT signal
management and reset mux glitch awareness.

Add note that similar scan-mode reset mux logic
exists in VeeR core per reviewer feedback.
