What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. just create an element with new Element.html("<i>hello</i>");

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dartium shows the "Aw, Snap!" page.

In Dartium, enter chrome://version and paste the results here.

that should be duplicate of http://code.google.com/p/dart/issues/detail?id=2736
