Incorrect list of extensions included in shared framework

Runtime libraries overview states that of that from the extensions to the runtime libraries, Microsoft.Extensions.Http is included in the shared framework.

For some target frameworks, including net6.0, these libraries are part of the shared framework and don't need to be installed separately.

To my understanding this is not universally true.

If we consider .NET Runtime 6.0.22 (Microsoft.NETCore.App) being 'the .NET runtime', then it does not include any Microsoft.Extensions.* assemblies.
If we consider ASP.NET Core Runtime 6.0.22 (Microsoft.AspNetCore.App) being 'the .NET runtime', then not only Microsoft.Extensions.Http is, but other mentioned extensions are as well part of the shared framework.

The note to Microsoft.Extensions.Http has been added in PR #29568, but it doesn't explain why the extension should be highlighted as being contained in the shared framework.
